Founded
in 1946, Anesthesia Service Medical Group, Inc. (ASMG) presently employs
more than 170 anesthesiologists in San Diego, California. All are board
certified in anesthesiology; many are also board certified in other
specialties including internal medicine, chronic pain management, critical
care and pediatrics. These physicians provide quality anesthesia services
in 12 acute care hospitals, seven freestanding outpatient surgery centers
and numerous physician and dental offices throughout San Diego County.
ASMG also features a growing chronic pain practice, and runs the critical
care department at Children’s Hospital and Health Center in San
Diego.
